How The Six Month Mentorship Works

You will be given lifetime access to the "Self-Manage Your Rentals" online course to complete as prep.
A representative will work with you to create/update your policy manual, lease agreement, and other administrative requirements.
A date will be set up for a representative of my team to fly to your office for a full 2 1/2 day visit. This will be hands on training for you and/or your team. This is not theory but live training at your rentals and with your tenants/applicants. Roleplays will also be used when necessary. Here is the agenda for the 2 1/2 days:
1. Days 1 & 2 will begin at your office at 9am and run till about 6pm or when needed to complete the training for that day.
2. Day 3 will begin at 9am and run till about 2pm giving enough time to catch a late afternoon flight home.
Approximately 2 weeks later there will be a one hour follow up zoom call to answer any questions/challenges that have come up as well as any additional training needed.
There will be a 1 hour zoom call every month for the next four months to ensure you and/or your team have all the support needed to successfully implement all of the systems needed to create perfect tenants that stay 6 years or longer.
You will have email access at all times during the six months as well for any questions in between the zoom calls.
As a bonus, you will be granted for free the "Done For You Maintenance Request Form" program automating all of your maintenance calls.

My name is Greg (aka The Systems Guy). I have been self-managing rental homes since 1999 with a peak of just under 200 homes and in four different states.

Previously I was with McDonald's corporation for 19 years working my way up to a training consultant responsible for all the McDonald's franchisees and management teams in the southwest US. ✓ You and/or your team must play full out. This means being on time, present (not on phones), and doing the work needed to be successful.

✓ You must be willing to have your progress and results recorded (minus any sensitive private personal stuff of course).
